Join our global team as Tech Lead in our CRS Content team and ensure emergency services worldwide have access to critical vehicle rescue data when seconds count.

About the job
Your contribution to the team will be important in expanding and maintaining the vehicle database that supports emergency responders in over 30 countries. You will manage the daily activities for adding new vehicles to our Crash Recovery System (CRS), communicate with vehicle manufacturers (OEMs) and dealerships, create technical drawings and rescue sheets, and ensure our content meets the needs of emergency services.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills with an interest in vehicles and technical vehicle documentation. You should be comfortable working with product managers and sales teams to understand priorities and translate these into actionable plans. You will be the driving force behind planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement of our content creation processes.
As CRS serves hundreds of vehicle rescue sheets daily, you will need to balance quality with efficiency and use data-driven insights to prioritize which vehicles to add next.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning for the CRS Content team
- Develop new CRS vehicle content
- Manage logins to technical websites to download vehicle information for content creation
- Work with product management and sales to understand and prioritize content needs
- Use data insights to make informed decisions about vehicle prioritization
- Identify process improvements and cooperate with our development team
- Maintain documentation of workflows and processes
You bring:
- Strong organizational and process coordination skills
- Experience with agile methodologies (standups, retrospectives, sprint planning)
- Good communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable priorities
- Comfort with data-driven decision making
- Interest in vehicles, automotive technology, and technical documentation
- Experience with or interest in technical drawing tools (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving

We expect you to:
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in process coordination, project management, or similar roles
- Have genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry
- Be fluent in English and Dutch
