About the job
The Crash Recovery System (CRS) is our innovative digital solution that provides emergency services with immediate insight into a vehicle’s technical structure during an incident. With detailed vehicle data, clear diagrams, and critical safety information, CRS supports rescue teams in working faster, safer, and more effectively at the scene of an accident. In this way we directly contribute to improving the safety of both responders and victims.
Your contribution to the team will be important in expanding and maintaining the vehicle database. You will manage the daily activities for adding new vehicles to our Crash Recovery System (CRS), communicate with vehicle manufacturers (OEMs) and dealerships, create technical drawings and rescue sheets, and ensure our content meets the needs of emergency services.
The ideal candidate has a strong interest in vehicles and technical vehicle documentation. You should be comfortable working in a team, collectively working towards results. You will be required to plan your work effectively and work around dependencies.
As CRS serves hundreds of vehicle rescue sheets daily, you will need to balance quality with efficiency and help us grow our dataset.

Your responsibilities:
- Join daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning for the CRS Data team
- Gather information from OEM technical information websites as input for the CRS rescue sheet content
- Draw vehicle diagrams including ISO-conform components using AutoCAD
- Take photos of vehicles at the dealership, importer or in-house
- Create CRS rescue sheets combining vehicle diagrams, technical information, photos and images using our custom made software
- Update existing vehicle records with new information
- Keep track of new vehicles and add them to the backlog
- Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
You bring:
- Genuine interest in vehicles, automotive technology, and technical documentation
- Experience with or interest in technical drawing tools (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Good communication skills for working with internal and external contacts
- Ability to deal with roadblocks and plan your work effectively.
- Ability to cooperate with our software development team
- Comfort with data-driven decision making
We expect you to:
- Be in the possession of driver license B
- Have a proactive work attitude
- Be proficient in Dutch and English
