Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sale opportunities to drive revenue through various means such as networking, cold calling and attending to events
  • Upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue and maximise account value.
  • Negotiating contracts with clients to secure new business and renewals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the main point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
  • Deliver on budget and manage and track sales opportunities and activities in CRM systems.
  • Maintaining accurate records and forecasts to drive accountability and visibility.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by addressing client needs promptly, resolving issues effectively, and proactively seeking feedback.
  • Working closely with Growth Director CRS, Customer Relationship Director and Sales Director to deliver on the company growth ambitions.

About you:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable revenue growth
  • Goal-oriented, striving to achieve targets and surpass expectations, demonstrating a strong commitment to succeed in sales.
  • Extensive experience and excellent track-record in sales towards the B2B software business.
  • International experience – preferable from multiple European countries.
  • Experience from complex / solution sales and understanding customer behavior in these settings.
  • Experience from selling to public customers is a bonus.
  • A degree in business administration, finance, technology management or similar.
  • Fully fluent in German and English, verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Dutch will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of other languages is an additional asset.
