Bliksund is on a mission to revolutionize emergency services, and we are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to lead our growth efforts in France, the French-speaking regions of Belgium and potentially other European countries. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our presence, strengthening client relationships, and directly supporting the dedicated professionals who make a meaningful impact every day.

At Bliksund, you will:
- Identify new sale opportunities to drive revenue through various means such as networking, cold calling and attending to events
- Upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue and maximise account value.
- Negotiating contracts with clients to secure new business and renewals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the main point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
- Deliver on budget and manage and track sales opportunities and activities in CRM systems.
- Maintaining accurate records and forecasts to drive accountability and visibility.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by addressing client needs promptly, resolving issues effectively, and proactively seeking feedback.
- Working closely with the Sales Director, the Sales team and across departments to deliver on the company growth ambitions.

We think you have these qualities:
- A degree in business administration, finance, technology management or similar.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable revenue growth, demonstrating a strong commitment to succeed in sales.
- International experience – French speaking, fluency in English is a must and additional European languages such as Spanish a plus
- Experience from software solution sales and understanding customer behavior in these settings.
- Experience from selling to public customers is a bonus.
- Inspiring, enthusiastic and solution-oriented professional.
- Pragmatic and proactive approach to achieving goals
- Integrity and strong ethics in all dealings with customers and colleagues, adhering to company policies and ethical standards
- Experience working with HubSpot and other CRM systems is a plus
Office location
This is a remote position based in France or the French-speaking region of Belgium. While Bliksund does not currently have an established office in these countries, the ideal candidate will work from home, with regular business travel to engage with clients and stakeholders.
Your role will involve traveling to meet Police and Fire & Rescue Services in your region, ensuring strong relationships and on-the-ground support for our mission to empower emergency services. This combination of remote work and field engagement offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact where it matters most
