The Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive for the Nordics, with full commercial ownership of both Norway and Sweden.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will work with an existing sales pipeline while actively growing the business through outbound activities and expansion of current customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success to identify needs, build trust, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

The role combines relationship-driven sales in a trust-based market with higher-velocity sales for selected products.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience managing a full B2B sales cycle, from first contact to close
  • Proven experience selling in Norway and Sweden
  • Comfortable working with both existing pipeline and outbound prospecting
  • Fluent in Norwegian and/or Swedish, and fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel within the Nordic region

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive sales opportunities from initial contact to negotiation and close
  • Manage and expand an existing pipeline, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively approach new public-sector customers within the defined segment
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based customer relationships
  • Support public tender and procurement processes when applicable

You Get Bonus Points For

  • Experience selling to the public sector (e.g. fire & rescue, ambulance, police, emergency services)
  • Familiarity with public tenders or procurement processes
  • Background in software, SaaS, or other mission-critical solutions
